New-PTEF Sheet made by PCT (International patent) from New-PTEF M111, is a material with a highly stable molecular construction, is an improvement made by laminating glass cloth to New-PTFE (PCT) for an ideal lining material.

Front face
(liquid side)
: Superior evenness increases cleaning performance.
Internal core : Made from high density and thick layer of crystal to prevent penetration of chemical or gas.
Back face (Adhesive side) : Suppressed crystallinity keeps its flexibility to fit along the shape of any tank in order to increase the strength of the adhesion to the tank with a strong lamination layer of glass cloth.

Glass cloth needs to withstand the bending process for a stable lining. APV maintains the strength of lamination.

The images below are examples of extensive bending process tests. Strong Glass Cloth layer effectively withstands the heat expansion of the base material, the twisting force on a transportation container and external forces, such as vibrations, acting as a cushioning material.
