    Lining Installation

    Certified installation specialists apply fluororesin sheets to the interior of the equipment.
    Installation is carried out in accordance with the design specifications, including sheet thickness.

    Quality Assurance & Inspection

    After installation, the lining is subjected to rigorous inspection.
    We verify that it meets quality standards for items such as airtightness and surface condition.

    Cleaning & Assembly

    After lining installation, the interior of the equipment is washed and cleaned, and assembly is performed safely and precisely.

    Packaging & Shipping

    The completed equipment is properly packaged and delivered to the customer in a condition suitable for safe transportation.

Technology

The m-PTFE GB (APV) lining sheet is a globally patented material that incorporates glass cloth into conventional fluororesin sheets.
Applied using advanced lining technology, it fundamentally resolves issues such as chemical permeation and variations in welding quality.
By protecting the interior of equipment from deterioration, it supports extended equipment life and helps maintain the purity of process chemicals.
